Hilton Jinan South Hotel & Residences

They have charged me double the booking amount for deposit and they said it will be returned back within 7 days now once im back home nobody answers and i have not received my deposit back

Clean and comfy room, the staff very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was very good

We booked a room with 2 beds, for 2 adult and our kid. But in the room they didn’t provide provide towels and amenities for 3 persons. After check need to require it. The staff kindly solved promptly. We had same problem for the breakfast : even clearly booked for 3 persons, the hotel told me only 2 breakfast was included!…the hotel concierge was very kind to offer us the breakfast for our kid. I suppose the problem coming from booking app, they are not clear. Then even I written to booking.com nobody answer me. I am very upset for the behavior of booking. com customer care Sidon support us even no answer !..so thank u to the hotel staff to have been kind with us.

The rooms , breakfast and the hotel is good and clean

They need to taje actions with the reception stuff , no one speaks English it took them 1 h to check me in at 11 pm , wanted to change usd to rmb took them 1 h also they gave me so hard time even the manger was there nancy her name , can’t change cause the system is down , can’t change cause no cash , can’t change cause you checked out from the room 1 h ago after along arguing they changed me 150 usd and delayed me for the train .

Very clean and close to city

I dint understand why they took extra money as deposit for my booking at the hotel. They told extra amount will be refunded to my original payment mode and it hasn’t credited yet even after 5 days.

The room is spacious, an apartment room which is approx 85 SQM, a king bed room with a sitting room and a kitchen, so feel very comfortable as if at home

The changing of lifts just as confused as it can be, the reception is at 35th, the breakfast cafe is at 37th storey, imagine we are staying at the apartment block, just go to breakfast, I need to swap the lift 3 times, first go to B2 from my apartment, then to 35th Reception Storey to switch to another lift to 37th storey, just for the breakfastIf I need to go to 39th or 40th storey for dinner, I may need to change the lift 4 times, after a while, I am just lazy to move out

favoured brunch price to staying guest or hilton menber is really kindly. indoor enviroment of buffet dining hall is beautiful&comforable at 37th floor with super scene.

a little bit mess around the hotel&apartment

I am from Jinan and stayed at the hotel when visiting my family. The hotel staff is very very friendly and helpful. I stayed for more than 10 nights and had a thorough experience about almost everything in and around the hotel. The surrounding of the hotel is nothing about nature but very convenient for shopping, food and entertainment. It is just a bit complicated to get in and out the hotel which has to go through the reception at 35th floor. Other than that, all very very good.The bakery at breakfast is shockingly good. The croissants and pain au chocolate are close the very best I have ever had in China. The Chinese session of the breakfast is NOT frozen ones from the supermarket; the chef is literally making the baozi and dumpling behind the counter.

if i really have to say: free charge of the parking for hotel guests could have been offered.

room is clean , staff is helpful, breakfast was good , there is a shopping mall beside just 2 min walking .

Dinner menu has few options concerning halal and vegetarians meals . staff speaking english is very weak

Breakfast includes everything and even an eggtarian can survive.

Nothing like that. Its value for money.
